Cancellations Policy
We require a minimum of 24 hrs
notice to reschedule or cancel
appointments. All appointments
are guaranteed with a credit
card. If you fail to call or
show, you will assess a fee
charged to your credit card.

Cell Phones
We ask that you consider
others, staff and patrons. No
cell phone use during treatments
and all beepers and cell phones
on vibrate at all times.

Gift Certificates
These are a terrific way to
surprise or introduce a friend
to our facility. We offer great
packages, special series and A
la Carte items. If you need
someone to help you, just speak
with guest services.

Gratuities
Are appreciated and of
course are discretionary. We are
unable to add them to your
credit cards.

Late Policy
Should you be running late, we
will hold your appointment for
15 mins provided we hear from
you. If you are more than 15
mins late and the service will
be adapted to time left and the
full amount plus late fee will
be charged.
